PhilosophySteve, Valerie, and Rita lead each webinar with a constructivist approach focusing on kinesthetic learning that is engaging, interactive, and relevant to the participants’ needs in their environment, whether classroom, school, or home. Continuous learning and coaching is provided for attendees.

Program DesignThe instructional design of the training program follows the TPACK model (technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge) to balance the content of the educator training and UDL (universal design for learning) to demonstrate equitable access to learning for all.

Webinar DesignUtilizing Zoom as a videoconferencing medium, participants will have hands-on learning using best pedagogical practices. Webinars are structured using the Madeline Hunter Model for Mastery Learning and participants take away skills, resources, and knowledge that can be applied the following day.
